Greg launched RAS with a distinct advantage: a combined 32 years of elite legal experience, spanning 19 years as a practicing litigation attorney and 13 years as a senior litigation paralegal.

Over a nearly four-decade career in the legal field, Greg didn't just study corporate liability—he lived it. Greg built litigation strategies, dismantled corporate documentation during depositions, combed through mountain-sized discovery files, and saw firsthand exactly how and why businesses get successfully sued.

This deep exposure to both the tactical strategy of an attorney and the rigorous operational workflows of a paralegal created a unique perspective. Greg realized that the vast majority of business lawsuits are entirely preventable. They are not caused by bad luck; they are caused by minor document gaps and informal management habits that could have been fixed in minutes.
